Service Description

If you'd like some help just one on one to get started on your yoga journey, then I now offer private sessions to help give you a more personal approach to help with form, alignment and to help you gain more confidence. Pricing is £40 per hour, however if we are using a specific venue then their hire rate will be added on top of this. Please get in touch and we can discuss options that work best for you!
