Join me for special day retreats and workshops that are designed purposely to nourish body, mind and spirit. Each event is unique in it's own way, but these sessions will offer a deeper dive into yoga, wellness and mindfulness in a supportive space, with the time to move but yet pause, connect and recharge.
January Reset Day Retreat

Our retreat takes place in a truly unique setting - at the top of Norfolks only working watermill, built in 1802. This space carries a timeless charm, with the gentle sound of the river running beneath creating a natural rhythm to support your practice and rest.
Behind the mill you'll find a peaceful paddock surrounded by nature - the flowing stream and surrounding greenery offer a sense of calm and connection, making it an idyllic place to step away from the noise of everyday life.
What to expect on the day:

10:30: Introduction To The Day
We'll begin the day by taking this time to arrive and settle into the studio and onto our mats. We'll then have a brief introduction to talk about the day ahead, along with some gentle breathwork and relaxation before we move into our flow. -
11am: Detoxifying And Digestive Reset Yoga Flow
Beginning your day with an energising, cleansing yoga sequence designed to support the digestive system and awaken your inner vitality after the festive season. Through gentle twists, mindful movement, and breathwork, we’ll stimulate digestion and release stagnation. -
12pm: Journalling And New Year Intention Setting:
After class, we'll enjoy a freshly prepared homemade vegetarian lunch made with locally sourced seasonal ingredients to leave you feeling satisfied and light. -
12:30pm: Nourishing Lunch - Build Your Health Bowl Bar
Enjoy a vibrant, wholesome lunch designed to refuel and nourish. Create your own balanced bowl from a beautiful spread of fresh salads, nuts, seeds, dressings, and your choice of protein. A mindful eating experience that celebrates flavour, colour, and nourishment. -
1:30pm: Sauna And Cold Plunge
Embrace the ultimate contrast therapy: warming sauna followed by an invigorating cold plunge.

Relax and listen to your body — move mindfully between heat and cold, enjoying the natural reset this practice offers. -
2:30pm: Fire Pit Burn Ritual And Reflection
Gather outdoors around the warmth of the fire pit. Together, we’ll release what no longer serves us by writing thoughts, habits, or emotions we wish to leave behind in 2025 and letting them go into the flames. Sip herbal tea or coffee as we symbolically make space for new energy, peace, and purpose. -
3pm: Gentle Noursing Yoga Flow And Candlelit Savasana
Return to the mat for a deeply soothing and restorative practice. Slow, grounding movements and breathwork will help integrate the day’s experiences, finishing with a long, candlelit savasana — a final moment to rest, soften, and reset your nervous system.
4pm: Whole Food Snacks And Closing Connection
We'll close the day by sharing nutritious whole food snacks and herbal teas, creating space to chat, connect and reflect with one another, before heading home feeling refreshed, balanced and nourished and ready for the new year ahead.
