8:45am: Introduction To The Day
We'll begin the day by taking this time to arrive and settle into the studio and onto our mats. This will be where you'll get to meet your 2 teachers for the day - Jazz and Chi (if you haven't met us already) We'll then have a brief introduction to talk about the morning ahead. -
9am: Dynanmic Vinyasa Flow
Begin your morning with an energising vinyasa practice - suitable for all levels. We'll move through an intentional sequence, building strength, balance and confidence as we work intentionally to a thoughtfully chosen peak pose. Expect options and modifications throughout, making this practice accessible whether you're new to yoga or have an established practice. This practice will be led by Jazz -
10am: A Hatha/Yin Restorative Practice.
Without breaking the flow of the morning, you'll settle into child's pose where Chi will then take over and gently guide you into a nourishing yin and restorative practice. Using longer-held postures, mindful breath and deep relaxation, this session is designed to calm the nervous system, and leave you feeling grounded and restored. Ending the yoga side of the morning with a beautiful savasana.
11:15 Coffee, Cake and Connection
After practice, we'll head downstairs into the lush root cafe (private space just for us!) where we will enjoy a drink and cake/sweet treat of your choice, included in the price of the ticket. Take your time here to connect with others, enjoy journaling prompts, get creative with some scrapbooking, read a book or simply relax after your yoga morning!
