Yoga Classes

Hatha Yoga - All Levels

This class is for those who are either brand new to yoga or for those more experienced. This focuses on a gentle warm up of the body, followed by a series of asanas which are held for a longer period of time, building strength, improving balance and increasing flexibility. Each hatha flow is ended with a gentle cool down and a 5 minute meditation.

Reconnect - Over 50's at CALM

A 45 minute haha style yoga flow, participants of 50+.

Vinyasa Flow at I Am The Storm - Letheringsett Mill

This is a yoga class for all levels, from beginners to those who are more advanced. We move through this class with a bit more pace than a Hatha style yoga class, coordinating breath with movement. As we move through each pose, there are options offered throughout so you can feel which feels right for your body and mind in the moment.
